Israeli biotech startup Ukko has raised $40 million in a Series B round led by Bayer‘s corporate venture unit, Leaps by Bayer.

Joining the funding were US agrifood conglomerate Continental Grain Company, Malta-based PeakBridge Ventures, Swiss healthcare-focused fund Skyviews Life Science, and Californian farmland investor Fall Line Capital.
