Joaquin Oliverio

Joaquin's responsibilities span underwriting new farm acquisitions, portfolio data analysis, farm management, and sourcing opportunities within the Mississippi Delta region. He maintains daily interactions with farm tenants, suppliers, and service providers, frequently being the first team member to evaluate potential acquisition opportunities. He also oversees capital improvement initiatives across the portfolio. With over 10 years of professional farm management experience, Joaquin previously held full production management responsibility for 10,000+ acres across Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Earlier in his career, he managed over 30,000 acres across three Argentine provinces for companies including Adeco Agro and Del Monte Fresh Produce. Soil conservation remains central to his management philosophy, specializing in no-till farming, cover crops, field terracing, and related techniques. He holds an Agricultural Engineering degree from the University of Buenos Aires.
