Joel Edmonds
Regional Farm Manager
Joel grew up in a small farming and logging town in Washington State and began working on dairy farms at an early age. He has worked every task on a farm and has a practical knowledge to make a farm run efficiently. Joel joined the Army in 1987, and after a stint in the military he attended Washington State University from 1991 to 1995 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science with an emphasis in Ruminant Nutrition. Joel has managed large dairy and crop land operations in the Western United States, with herd sizes up to 11,000 milking and many thousands of irrigated acres growing corn, wheat, alfalfa, triticale, walnut, and pistachios. Joel’s experience in the agriculture industry has covered a wide range of aspects, including managing farms, contracting crops and feed, selling feed ingredients, manufacturing, construction and strategic planning. Prior to Fall Line Joel owned Diamond Dairy Nutrition and Consulting where he worked with dairy farmers to formulate rations, source feed products, and develop management strategies throughout the PNW region. Along with Joel’s domestic Consulting he also did international consulting through Worldwide Sires, Ltd for crop and cattle nutrition and management around the globe including China, The Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, and Hungary.
Joel lives in Washington State and manages Fall Line’s farms in the PNW.
